📌 Conditions for Exchange or Return
We accept exchange or return requests in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing defect

  • Item damaged during shipping

  • Incorrect item sent (wrong size, model, or color)

  • Size mismatch (under the terms specified below)

⚠️ Note: Returns based solely on change of mind will not be accepted if the item is in perfect condition and matches the order placed.


⏱️ Timeframe for Requests
You have 7 business days from the receipt of your order to request an exchange or return.

🚚 International Shipping
All our products are shipped directly from our international warehouses (mainly in Asia), which may imply:

  • Return processing time between 15 to 30 business days

  • Requirement of photo or video evidence before approving the return

  • Return shipping costs borne by the customer (except in cases of error or defect attributable to Void Kicks)


📦 Requirements for Acceptance
To be eligible for an exchange or return, the item must:

  • Be unworn, with original packaging and intact tags

  • Include all accessories, if applicable

  • Show no odors, damage, or signs of use

 

Items sent without prior notice or outside the established timeframe will not be accepted.
