Voidkicks is an e-commerce brand specialized in streetwear footwear, operating under the dropshipping model. We do not hold our own stock – products are shipped directly from our international suppliers, located outside the European Union.
By using our website, you agree to:
The terms described herein;
Complementary policies, such as the Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, and Return Policy;
The legislation in force within the European Union and Portugal.
All products displayed are subject to supplier availability.
The estimated delivery time ranges from 7 to 20 business days, depending on the customer’s location and customs clearance.
Voidkicks is not responsible for customs fees or delays caused by customs retention. Such costs are the customer’s responsibility.
All prices include VAT at the legal rate applicable in Portugal.
Available payment methods are presented at checkout.
We reserve the right to update prices without prior notice.
The customer may cancel an order within 2 hours after completion.
After shipment, the return policy applies, based on Directive 2011/83/EU, which grants consumers 14 days to return a product without the need for justification.
Returned products must be in perfect condition and in the original packaging.
Voidkicks acts as an intermediary between the customer and the supplier.
We are not responsible for:
Indirect damages;
Misuse of the product;
Issues arising from incorrect address information provided by the customer.
All website content (logos, texts, images) is the property of Voidkicks or authorized third parties, and its reproduction without express authorization is prohibited.
We only collect the data necessary to process orders.
